Good Help is Not Hard to Find

We are dedicated to finding the best candidates to fit the needs of our clients, because we know that you need skilled, educated employees to keep your business running smoothly. Finding the most qualified candidates isn't hard when you know where to look. We use a variety of local sources including newspapers, job fairs, college recruiting, the Internet and our own website. But our number one source for new employees is from client and employee referrals.

Matchmaking

After selection, we divide our candidates into categories based on their skills. The four categories are administrative, industrial, professional, and technical. The Reliance placement process is further fine-tuned specific to each clients particular requirements. Client requirements are placed into our electronic system called COATS (Complete Office Automation for Temporary and Staffing Services) , which is used to match clients with the best potential job candidates. Exclusive to Reliance, this system makes it easier to handle employee information and allows us to immediately match up clients with potential employees.

Dress Rehersal

Before employees start their new assignment, they have one last step to go through. We provide our associates with customized training. Depending on the company and position, training could include video of the clients facility, assembly training, client specific orientations, or pre-employment facility tours. Candidates are also taught software and typing skills. The training ends with the associate being initiated into their new position through our "first day follow" program.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We have several measures in place to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and employees. The first is through phone calls. We talk daily with both our employees and clients about their satisfaction with the job assignment. If we have not yet been in touch with our clients after a new assignment, our "3rd Day Check In" policy ensures the assignment is working out to their satisfaction. Our Assignment Evaluation Request form is designed to gain detailed feedback and is sent out to all of our clients throughout the year. We do everything possible to keep our clients satisfied, including sending them a new associate if they are unhappy with their current one.

Workers Compensation Risk Certified

Reliance Staffing Services is pleased to announce our inclusion into the Workers’ Compensation Risk Certification program as of December 2005! This certification program establishes a standard of operational excellence in risk management for the staffing industry, reducing operating costs for staffing firms, and accelerates the development of voluntary workers’ compensation markets for the industry. This program evaluates several key components of a staffing firm’s operational structure as they relate to risk management practices. “Now there is a better way for staffing firms to control risks, lower costs and keep employees safe” said the American Staffing Associations President, Richard Wahlquist.
