Heather has a Masters of Arts degree in Adult Education and Human Development from George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from George Mason University in Fairfax County, VA.
Areas of focus for Heather are: leadership development, strength-based development, communication, learning and teaching styles, conflict management and team building. She is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has conducted numerous training sessions on communication preferences.
