Reliance uses IBM Kenexa testing software to assess the skills of our applicants. With more than 1,200 tests in the Kenexa library, we can determine an applicant’s ability at just about anything: ruler reading, typing, plastic fabrication, payroll and of course all major software packages.
We also offer training in many administrative and accounting programs in our offices, so if all that separates a near-perfect candidate from our short list is rusty software skills, we can bring them back up to speed before presenting them to you.
